Our Clients have moved back into their newly refurbished penthouse apartment in Oxford.
The kitchen was moved to the East side of the apartment so that the living area took advantage of fantastic views and the setting sun. The views are towards Cumnor and Hinksey with the historic Morrell’s brewery and it’s distinctive victorian octagonal chimney in the fore ground.
Work included a complete new interior layout, electrical and underfloor heating system, air conditioning, Bulthaup kitchen, bespoke cabinets in dressing room, all new high quality finishes throughout and bespoke oak staircase.
Moving into the 3rd floor apartment was equally as complex, with the grand piano having to moved in by specialists using a mobile spider crane.
