We are delighted that Penwarden Hale successfully secured approval for a change of use application and listed building consent for a new pre-prep school for Westminster Cathedral School. The new pre-prep school will be housed at 47 Francis Street – a nineteenth century, Grade II listed building just across the road from the school, with a generous outside playground. The new school will admit its first 30 boys (2 sets of 15) into Reception in September 2017, and will reach capacity of 120 boys by 2020.
